Submit Application
To expedite the process and eliminate errors, please email your completed PDF document to membership@velocityfutures.com. Then, submit your application documents and materials by either FedEx, Airborne Express or UPS overnight letter to:

Your package should include one or more of the following documents:
- CME Membership long form application (7 pages)
- Letter from your CPA if not completing Personal Financial Statements contained in the Membership Application
- Two 2" X 2" passport quality color photographs
- Photo copy of your passport or notarized copy of your Birth Certificate
- Your $1750.00 check if not deducting from your Velocity Account made to Velocity Futures.
- If leasing a seat: Letter stating your leasing or financing arrangement of your trading account
- The CME waiver of the training requirement and access to the Floor document
- The CME Electronic Access Consent Form
- If leasing a seat: The 106D form
- If purchasing a seat: The bid to purchase membership interest form
- Separate Papers for any questions answered "YES" if needed
- Any additional business history pages if needed
- Copies of bank statements, brokerage statements, property tax statements, or appriasials if you are not getting a representation letter from your CPA
- If you are leasing a seat: Your explanation of how you intend to finance your trading letter
