There is only one legal owner with rights to this account. Please consult your professional

IRA accounts are established by a Trust Company and funds allocated to Velocity Futures by the Trust Company are in the name of the Trustee. Millennium Trust acts as trustee and custodian for self-directed IRAs. In addition to Velocity account documents, IRA accounts must also fill out account documents for an account with Millennium Trust, LLC.
To open an account as an IRA, SEP, or other individual retirement account, please follow instructions below:
- Download and complete the hardcopy of Velocity Futures Individual Account Application and Millennium Trust Account application via links below:
- Please mail both Velocity and Millennium hardcopies to Millennium Trust Company
at the following address:

Oakbrook, IL 60523 - Fund your account by sending money directly to Millennium. The minimum balance to open an IRA account with Velocity Futures is $5,000. Millennium will in turn fund your account with Velocity.
- Once the process is complete Millennium will submit your completed IRA account documentation to Velocity together with funds for your account and you’ll receive an email notification from Velocity Futures.

IRA account owners receive daily and monthly statements from Velocity Futures, LLC and quarterly statements from Millennium Trust Company, LLC.
The minimum balance open an account with Velocity is $5,000. Millennium Trust Company requires a maintenance balance of $500.
Millennium Trust, LLC will charge you $300.00 per year to perform the trust function
for your account. It is best to send them a separate check to pay for this that
is not from the funds in your IRA.
